False adverti*****t and poor customer service

I signed up for a 4G unlimited month to month data deal on wwww.rain.co.za I paid an amount of R479 using my debit card this all happened on the 30th June 2020 and was promised that my data SIM card will be delivered days later. That did not happen instead by SIM card only delivered a month later (it was delivered on the 29th July 2020) by Ram couriers. Ram took a copy of my ID and proof of address saying that is for Rica purposes and that the SIM card will be activated 3 hours later. The sim activation has not happened and I have tried to email Rain without any response from them since the delivery of the SIM card. It is very difficult to get hold of Rain contact Centre. They are misleading the public in their adverti*****ts. Almost 2 months nothing of what was advertised while money was taken from my account. They must refund me.
