False advertising, Throttling and extremely poor internet speeds below 1Mbps

I have an unlimited 24/7 4G package from RAIN. I have had throttling from Before october until present which is affecting my work. I have submitted and performed multiple resets and speed tests at various times of the day. Some times the speed actually reaches 8Mbps however the average download speed is below 1Mbps. Thius constitutes false advertising and throttling after being advised by support consultants that I am not being throttled although I have supp**** them with mutiple tests. I am 350 metres away from the tower and have full signal on my router (submitted to *** on multiple occasions). There are occasions when download speed are below 1 meg per second and upload speed is above 10 Mbps and they insist that I' not being throttled. False advertising and throttling has seriously affected my work performance . They have been trying to "fix" this issue from the time I reported it and it is still not resolved, thats from 21 October 2020 to today. Account number ***8
