FALSE ADVERTISING OF SERVICES
It has been fifteen (x15) days since i first logged a call with Rain and till today my network has not been sorted and the last communication from them saying "You're connected to the tower just off Impala Road which is 0.23km away from your location. The tower that you're connected to has a service affecting alarm. A ticket has been logged with our technical to attend and restore the fault on the tower. There is unfortunately no ETA, however, please keep the sim in your device and the device on so you would know when the connection has been restored."
This is extremely poor service and completely unacceptable that service providers are allowed to boast about their "incredible network service & quick customer service" but only providing the opposite. I will be paying for a service that I did not receive and I don't understand how that makes sense. ICASA should stop allowing these companies to ***gy-bank on other companies' networks because funny enough and I have said this before, Vodacom also is reporting that their 3G & 4G services are down in my area. The next step is to the ombudsman. Paying for a service that you didn't get, false advertising.
Trust you are well and keeping warm.
Please accept my humble apologies for the service that you have received thus far.
Please be advised that one of our agents will be in contact with you to assist you.
Stay safe.

I was contacted by Grace Tsatsi (***) following your respond and what she told me was nothing new, accept for the fact that the issue would be sorted in about two (x2) hours but guess what!!? It’s 19:00 and situation is still the same and I will be billed for this at the end of the month. Question, am I the only Rain user/ client around Mayfield park that is expiriencing this?
