FALSE ADVERTISING / LAIRS / **********

Another frustrating & scripted email from rain support team, who has given me no support to resolve the matter. Now Charlotte Lottering one of their "advisors" is informing me that the tower that I was advised to have been fixed has faulty alarms. This shows that they have been feeding me lies for almost two months. Everybody knows about the fault alarms from the tower but nobody can resolve nor provide adequate advice. It has been almost two months being spinned the same story and lies. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? FIX IT ALREADY AND STOP REPLYING A WEEK AFTER MY EMAILS WITH THE SAME B.S TOWER STORY.
