False advertising

The 4G service is advertised as a 10Mbps line, but most of the time its barely usable. speedtest.net frequently rate the line at <0.3Mbps, if I can even access the web page. We're paying R479 for a service that doesn't work most of the time. Very disappointed, would not recommend them, will probably cancel this month.
