FALSE Advertising & Discussing Service

So there was free SIMS getting handed out at the Cape Town 7s for 1 GB of Free Data.

Now when you want to activate it you are getting forced to buy a package.

There call center is utter usless as no one there knows anything about it. Then when i ask for an Manager the Consultant REFUSES to put my thru when i have been explain what is going on and as an Customer / New one has the right to ask for an Manager for ****ty Service.

This is really unacceptable of what RAIN has done and how the call Center handles customers.

This is going to get reported as FALSE Advertising under the CPA.
