False advertising

This has to be the biggest prank in the history of South African ISP's, and Rain has definitely taken the whole cake. Advertising average download speeds of over 200mbps, yet getting a measly 3mbps during peak time traffic, this has to be theft, because I am definitely not getting the speed as advertised. I feel crediting me for the loss of speed seems fair, As I am holding up my end of the bargain in paying for the R999 a month premium connection on time every single month, yet receiving nothing in return.

This is absolute hogwash and something needs to be done immediately.

If I can give anyone any advice before getting this, Rain has to be your absolute last choice, as you might get lucky and get some form of speed, or you would be one of the unlucky sods like most of us that gets the " 3mbps Premium Connection"
