False advertising

My story is probably more or less the same like everyone else or even exactly. So I've decided to give this new internet provider a shot on 28/09/21 and had to pay R499 in advance. All good I told myself and there u go take my money. I receive a call from rain the next day confirming my address, good done love it. Was then told to wait 3 to 5 working days, which would be the following week and I told the agent that I wouldn't be available as I'm going on my honeymoon for that week and they want only you to sign for the package, understand this completely. So now the agent informs me that he will speak to his manager or something to maybe get a fast track for me and he will call me back. Problems started then. No call back no feedback no nothing. Not evens a phone call from the courier to arrange as promised. Spoke to about 6 different agents and everyone promises the same but don't deliver. Friday today again still nothing, came from my honeymoon early gave them a call and again same promise. Spoke to the courier and they informed me it's totally up to rain they can do a same day delivery or even over the weekend delivery but rain has to request this. Back from my honeymoon no wifi no nothing thank you rain for making my suppose to be best days of my life my actual worst days. This is only the beginning can't wait to see how bad you going to mess up in the future. I'm atleast grateful that I can cancel when ever I want to.
