False Advertising - and I’m disgusted

If I could review less than one star - I would. Having just moved house, I decided to order a rain router and go with premium. 2-5 business days is what the page says. It is now 10 days later and I have NO router and every agent I speak to says they’ll call me back. WHERE IS MY ROUTER. This is a time where we work from home yet I am receiving NO service from rain! Every person has something different to say. Nobody tells me the straight story, why has this taken 10 days?! Maybe by Christmas I will have my order. Useless service provider with even worse customer service.

The webpage states x amount of days and you don’t deliver in those days. This is false advertising and I will be opening a case at the ombudsman should I not receive my order which I paid for - by Friday latest.

Thank you, I will keep both phones nearby. It has been a horrid wait. Is it certain for this afternoon? As the courier has not contacted me yet.

Please note I was promised my router by 5 today. NO ROUTER HAS SINCE BEEN DELIVERED. Do not lie to me and make me wait in for a delivery and it doesn’t show up!

Every customer service rep has promised to call back - none have. Then I get this response after waiting 10 days?!

Where is my router? This is the 11th day I am waiting! You’re affecting my work! Where is the delivery you promised YESTERDAY! If I don’t have my router I paid for by today I am canceling. And I am reporting you to the ombudsman.

This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I didn’t leave the house yesterday because yesterday you told me the delivery was coming. Yet here I am… still NOTHING!
