False advertising and billing structure

I've complained about this before, when I joint rain the add advertised that you R1 now abd there after 559. I paid the R1 which was for September and then was billed R1099. After logging a complain on Hellopeter I was called on the 3rd of October from your department and was advised that they didn't add the promotion to my account hense payment due was R1099 37, he then apologised and deducted the R558 when we were done on the call and advised me it will be 558 the following month. When I checked my statement now it said R1099 again and apparently Nandi advised me today 25/10 @ 13:45 that I join the beginning of August. Someone needs to call me and rectify this iam not being charged bank charges again!!!!
