False advertising and bad service

Your false advertising is atrocious. I was billed the full subscription amount and some after only having been activated 7 days prior to my billing date and to add to it I joined during your "R1 promotion". So i called and after holding to be assisted for 15, 18 and 13 minutes to speak to 3 different agents, I was assured on the 6th Dec 2022 that the amount debited would be credited to my account. Unfortunately all they did was, still bill me the full amount for the 7 days of service and then deduct the unexplained 100 something and again try to bill me the full amount. My service has been disabled due to an error you are failing to resolve. I haven't had any one of your customer service agents assist me with what one would think is a simple and solvable error, it's just math unless the goal is to de***** customers.

I work from home, you are affecting my livelihood. I would like to get good service from you, but I will not pay what I do not owe you
