False advertising

Rain Service is very very poor I am paying for unlimited services and my service stops working as if I have opted for the 19 hours off-peak package. My Ref is ***. Connection type indicates 5G and 4G connection I have a max speed of 0.25 MB p/s download and upload of 2.8 MB p/s. :-(
