FALSE ADVERTISING - A MONTH WITHOUT NETWORK

Almost a month without signal, almost a month I have been transferred between two support individuals who are asking the very same questions and providing the very same answers that are not fixing the network issue I have. Rain is advertising a product that is dependent on availability from the "holding" network provider, in this case, its either Vodacom or MTN. They have the best network if they are permitted to have that network and they go around advertising that 4G networks at 3G speeds, 5G network at LTE speed at the same prices thereof. They are proving to be another ***** network provider promising cheaper network at a speed that major networks cant even provided it. This needs to be reported as it is frustrating to have to explain the same thing for almost a month and getting no results and at the end of it all you are expected to pay a monthly fee for network services that were not provided as per the agreement, the smart clause they have inserted in the contract exonerate them from ever being held liable.
