False advertising

I'm a new customer on the 4G unlimited package and I'm apauled. I've never seen anything of this nature as a consumer. They advertise this awesome product that they're completely incapable of delivering on. I've had the service for a little more than a week now and I've managed to receive a speed of no more than 0.12mbps on the best day. "please pay back the money" coz there's no support from rain. nevermind support, there nobody that even cares enough to call customers back. Where is the national consumer protection body when consumers really need help? The amount of complaints with regard to rain is a new industry standard I'm sure, but it will probably go under the radar because of their affiliates and even more so because they're owned by Willem roos and Patrice motsepe...... Government bans cigarettes but ignores the fact that Huge companies continue to take advantage of those who are already suffering is F@#ked up economy..... The rich get richer coz they ***** from the less fortunate.
