FALSE ADVERTISING

Highly disappointed in the need to lie in order for the sales team to make a sale. on the 23rd of November i app**** for rain and the sales lady said that i had to pay R1 and the next payment run would be end of December . Today the 4th of December i keep getting messages that i need to pay an amount and my account and my internet is disconnected. I frequently asked the lady what the amount was to be paid and she was adamant that it would my next salary run. FALSE ADVERTISING. As a first-time customer i am disappointed, i ASKED HOW THIS MATTER COULD BE RESOLVED as they gave wrong information ALL THEY HAD TO SAY TO ME WAS I HAD TO PAAAAAAAY.

I work from home, and this is such an inconvenience for me to be abruptly cut off when i am working.

DO NOT LIE TO MAKE SALES
