False Advertising

Download speed is around 2mbs to 3mbs and upload speed is 1mbs if I'm lucky otherwise it's 0.2-0.3 which is truly terrible. I can't even send whatsapps to people because of the poor upload speed. I have the 24/7 uncapped package @ R479pm which is supposed to be a 4g connection but H+ would probably be better. Please try and fix this or at least let us know why it's slow.
