False Advertising

THE MOST ABSOLUTE WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!! On there website they advertise being able to stream minimal 360p quality on youtube but guess what i cant even stream 144p!!!! Its been like this for the past 2 months and when i test the internet speed using speedtest i dont get even a single mega bit per second and when gaming in modern warefare warzone my latency goes absolute sh*t every few seconds this is very unacceptable when paying 480 a month.SO I HAD ENOUGH at the end of this month im cancelling cause there support gives no f*uck about the customer.
