False advertising

Im so disappointed to rain service providers shame!!! When they advertise thier products they say it's prepaid there's no contract only to find out they are lying, 2 months agoi stopped using their services because thier network its bad in our area. And one of their consultants called me and i explained the reason why i can't use thier services anymore and that i cant go ahead, so i even put my online purchase limit to 0.00 but to my surprise they went in to my savings account and deducted not even R250. 00 but R290. 00 without my concern, can you please refund me my money as i have canceled your service with your agent.
