false adversting and *****ing customers

I regret to doing business with you guys i was told at the beginning that this is prepared i only use it when i pay. so i haven't been using their services for 5 months so i called them in the beginning of the year asking them to cancel their services and come collect their router but they didn't so they saying I'm owing R2100 for the service i didnt use truly im not going that money they must forget ..i was never told by their salesperson that even if i dont use their services i will have to pay which is crazy ..you dont even deserve the one star ..you guys should be really ashamed of yourself
