FALSE ADVERSITING AND ********* AFTER SALES PRACTICES -MIGRATING 4G CUSTOMERS TO 5G WITH POOR COVERAGE

After 4 years on Rain 4g, I migrated to 5G on Tuesday after receiving an SMS that there was coverage in my area. Now my upload speed is down to 13.9 and my download speed is down to 0.2... well below par.I have been trying to get this issue sorted every single day ( via My Rain and telephonically):

1. Rain Support informs me that I am the very edge of their 5g coverage area and dependant on one tower, resulting a slow / lost connectivity when there is traffic Your support department assured me that a technical team would attend to this, or send a technician to assist ( I have heard nothing since) QUESTION: WHY WAS A CONTACTED TO OFFER ME 5G COVERAGE WHEN THIS CLEARLY COULD NOT BE GUARANTEED?

2. Rain Sales informs me that I cannot simply reactivate my old 4g sim-card and have to order a new one and wait 3-4 days for delivery. Knowing that I'm not getting the advertised 5g service, their sales department will not allow me to reactive the service that actually did work for me and moreover cannot guarantee delivery of a new 4g sim, the same day that the 5G router is collected. So I risk having no service for few days QUESTION: WHY ARE THEY LOCKING PEOPLE INTO A 5G BY REMOVING THE OPTION TO SWITCH BACK TO 4G ON THE MY RAIN DASHBOARD ?

THEY ARE TRAPPING PEOPLE INTO POOR SERVICE THROUGH FALSE ADVERSITING AND ********* AFTER SALES PRACTICES - TO MY MIND THIS COULD BE A CASE FOR THE ADVERTISING STANDARDS AUTHORITY .
