Fallen in with the rest of the cellphone providers

The previous service was good, seems they have fallen in with the rest of the cellphone providers, the sim was delivered, worked for a week, then just stopped working. They did deliver another, took them 10 days......, it has been 3 weeks to a month now, the sim has not been activated and now the account has been deactivated because of no payment, as if I am going to pay for a service that is not working....
