They had a buy 1 get 1 free special which I was told to pay within 30 minutes or the deal will not go through. I made the payment of R999.00 but they only delivered 1 unite. I've logged tickets and have phoned them multiple times, the only response I'm getting is that they are waiting for logistics. I need my free unit or my money back. Please assist

Then I was told delivery in 1-5 days, all I did for those 5 days was fighting to get the product that I paid for already. Now I get told again we have to wait? What surety do I have that this time Rain is actually really working on the delivery? Because whenever I call to track the order, I get told that you guys are waiting for logistics??? So how can I put my trust in Rain with this poor after sales service I have received?
