**** 5G Speeds

I got a rain home 5G router for R699 pm and they promised speeds of up to 30mbps. This is lie, the network is fully optimized and setup the router correctly but still slow download speeds of 62kbps. A 800mb movie will take you the whole day to download. I am unhappy with the fact that you can't even call the support desk, you log a request and sometimes they never even get back to you or take days. I wouldn't advise anyone to take up this offer its a ****. I had a 4G sim and cancelled it because of poor signals.
