Fair billing
I don't understand how Rain is a month to month subscription yet when I didn't pay they say I used the Data so I owe them. How? When I don't pay it means I don't have money !!!! Never ever get Rain wifi, those people just want to get money out of you!

28 Jun 2024, 13:53How do u have access to internet when I didn't pay for it? Clearly I don't have the money. U guys are taking advantage of us! If I don't buy new sneakers then it means I don't have the money , why continue billing me? Now I need to pay for a service I don't want / afford because someone didn't cut off the internet? This is wrong and u guys are abusing your power!!!!!!

28 Jun 2024, 14:00Your consultants hang up on us while we ask questions too regarding this matter. I regret getting the wifi! I feel like I'm being taken advantage of since so many people are leaving Rain and u know what? I don't blame them!!!!!!!!
