Failure to deliver service and to help

Today marks 7 days since my money deducted from my account yet I haven't not yet received the service I expected... Long story short... I wanted to activate my SIM card on the 28th but to date it's still not activated... I sent email after email seeking help but got no help at all except responses that they will get back to me or they will call.... Now that I've made up my mind and lost patience.. It is my wish to be refunded back my money... I'm not happy with the way my situation has been handled so far.... Please refund my money back to my account. Thank you
