Failure to deliver and poor service

I have signed up for an paid for a rain unlimited home wifi deal on 2.11.2023. To date I have not received the product. I have spent more that R200 in airtime trying to resolve this matter. I called the courier company and they don't even have record of my delivery. The app status still says queued for delivery. I'm highly frustrated as I need Internet for work and it's costing me over R1000 for prepaid data. To top it off on Thursday an agent by the name of nomzamo place me on hold for an hour until the call eventually got cut. Prior to that I spoke to an agent named Nikhil who promised to escalate and call me back.

I've sent countless call back requests and no call back. I tried calling the contact center today and held on for 15min without the call being picked up.

I would like to cancel and request a refund as I have not received a service
