Failure to deliver

I'm very disappointed with Rain. I ordered my rooter on 21 March 2023 and they promised to deliver after 5 days but I'm still waiting. I tried to call but there is no solution.

But it was escalated since the 28th of March 2023, how long does it take to resolve the issue that was escalated? Every time I phone I'm told about the escalation. Why is it taking long to resolve this matter?

Your escalation process is not effective. Your logistic department cannot
take 3 days to respond to the simple matter of delivery. It means your turn around time is not true. You are doing injustice to me as your customer.
