Failure to cancel services

I've been trying to cancel my Rain 5G for the passed two months due to poor service in my area. I have been contacted twice by agents who agree too collect the router and end the services but just never do. I've since been debited twice even after one of the agents told me that I would not be charged as if there is no usage on the router. This company is a complete ****, customer service is non existent, everything has to work through the app where agents will respond to you if they feel like it. They will gladly take your money but never get back to you regarding a refund. Don't waste your time with Rain
