Failure of Rain to resolve my complaint after numerous promises

I have submitted my complaint on HelloPeter on Thursday morning regarding a poor service that I have been receiving from Rain internet service provider. A representative from Rain responded that a Rain agent would get back to me. Apart from having logged a complaint last Monday directly with Rain, I have not been contacted by Rain yet, even after confirmation on this platform that an agent would contact me, Rain has again failed to honor their Word. I believe I have been reasonable and fair in giving them enough time to resolve my issue before this review. It seems Rain doesn't have a customer centric culture, which is really sad. I am now wondering how can I even trust them as they have proven over and over again that they their Word doesn’t mean much to them, it’s just a lip service. If they want to be a sustainable business they better treat their customers with respect.
