Failure after failure after failure.

Maybe 10 support tickets, many many emails, complaints on both Hello Peter and Facebook, and 3 different sims sent to me, they are still unable to give me a sim that actually works.

First sim they sent me was the wrong sim (did not correspond to the sim in my profile that I was supposed to get).

The second sim was sent to Pretoria when I live in Grahamstown.

The third sim they sent me the courier told me his device he uses to rica the sim with was broken. He promised he would rica it later. Sim still not working...

If rain is in the business to provide sim cards to people, why cant they actually do that??
