Failed to deliver my device as planned

If I could I would give it 0star if it was possible the most poorest service I have ever received

I ordered Wi-Fi 5g paid for it on 31st May and I was told its gonna be delivered on the 3rd June 10:00-12:00 I had cancelled all my plans on Friday to wait for this to be delivered no one cared to call to tell there's a delay on their side I just waited the whole on Friday like a fool instead im told that delivery take 3-5 working days which I wasn't told intially

Today I called to ask about my order and I'm told my order it will come on wednesday on the 9th June there I am taking 1st initiative calling using my own airtime for your poor services Just shows that rain was quick to make sales afterwards they dont care about providing proper services to their clients utter ******* I'm so ****ed
