Failed to deliver

Failed to deliver ,I was offered an upgrade for free by rain from 4g to 5g,the router was delivered yesterday,we can't access the internet because it says IP CONFIGURATION FAILED i called them this morning they said they will escalate it to their support team.Why am i not surprised by RAIN incompetence ,i am not satisfied at all with their service the 4g was working perfectly now i have to spend money on airtime , actually they deserve a ZERO

The reconnection you are talking about was only temporary,i am back to IP ADDRESS CONFIGURATION FAILED,I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW WITH RAIN I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN TODAY I AM GETTING NO WHERE WITH THEM INSTEAD I AM BEING TOLD TO DO THIS & THAT WITH NO HELP WHAT'S SO EVER.I HAD TO BUY DATA JUST NOW SO THAT MY DAUGHTER CAN DO HER HOMEWORK......THE WORST PART IS THAT THE 2 FREE SIM CARDS THAT COME WITH THIS 5G ARE NOT ACTIVATED.....I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND RAIN TO ANYONE

On the 20/07/2024 i spoke to the RAIN TECHNICIAN he wanted to come & check the problem,when he called the WIFI was working but extremely slow as the day gone by it stopped working with this message IP CONFIGURATION FAILED till now.He advised me to call if the problem persists

That is my number........why didn't u send an email & u only called once........& today i waited again for the so called Technician......am i going to be refunded my money for the data that i buy daily because of your incompetence.Just send someone to come & check this router for crying out loud.........i am not satisfied at all with ur service you make promises to your clients & under deliver 😠😠

Can someone please assist me to cancel Rain as my so called WIFI network i want absolutely nothing to do with them.ZERO SERVICE ,ZERO FEEDBACK,CALL CENTER AGENTS ZERO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR OWN PRODUCT USELESS USELESS I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL FAMILY,FRIENDS & EVERYONE ABOUT YOUR EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE.JUST CANCEL EVERYTHING I ALREADY INSTALLED ANOTHER WIFI WHICH IS FAR MUCH BETTER THAN RAIN

On the 2/08/2024 a guy called Marshall sent me a WhatsApp message saying he would like to come & check the RAIN NETWORK,i told him not to bother cause i already installed another wifi.I told him to come & fetch RAIN Router cause i am cancelling everything,i have sent emails even on this platform,i tried calling them but their phones are not working.Their useless wifi gave me problems from the 17/07/2024 when they upgraded me & delivered their 5g.I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH RAIN & I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANYTHING CAUSE I HAVE BEEN THE ONE CALLING THEM WITH THE AIRTIME I BOUGHT WITH MY MONEY & THE DATA I USED TO SEND COUNTLESS EMAILS,JUST CANCEL EVERYTHING & FETCH YOUR ROUTER..........😠😠😠😠😠😠😠ðŸ˜
