Failed to cancel service, continued billing

I had a very bad experience with Rain. I requested multiple times for my service to be cancelled, but they failed to do so. Despite not using the service anymore, I am still being billed every month. Customer support did not resolve the issue, and this has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Rain based on my experience.
