Failed service delivery

It’s a month now and I still haven’t received my router, after so many calls and request, you don’t even keep your promises. I want my money back or I’m taking this to the ombudsman. I’m tired of your incompetence.

This is a copy and paste, the exact reply I received last time I wrote a review. I regret subscribing with rain! The matter is with the Ombudsman, if I don’t get a call about my refund I’m actioning it further

What alternative number cause y’all have my number and I haven’t received a call from your company, forget the logistic department, action my refund and cancel that subscription, 5 business days delivery is long overdue.
