Failed delivery

I ordered a home router on the 25th of February Today is the 4/03/26 5 working days later no communication nothing when I called the help line this morning they said I ts out on delivery today. The days over no communication from rain or the courier company not even sure which courier company it is because I haven't gotten a sms or an email with anything.
