Failed cancellation

Honestly if I could give a 0 star I would because the service is at a 0 when it’s the customer being inconvenienced yet they quick to suspend services when you hours late with payment. I cancelled my services is the beginning of August yet was charged end of August and again end of September, called in multiple time with all the same response I dislike this dishonesty and lack of urgency for your loyal customers.
