Fabulous Sales Team BUT PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTERWARDS

Their sales division is amazing!!! But after care customer service, haha, what a joke! I had to trick them in getting them to call back by pretending that they are going to make a new sale...!!! Once they heard my husbands real reason for the call, being that the network has been pathetic lately, the call went quiet and no one was talking.
