EXTRENELY UNHAPPY CLIENT

I will give 0 star if allowed here. I ordered an E-Loop white on 24 July and got delivered a pink one. Called Rain and they sent me the correct one saying the wrong unit will be collected. It has been more than a month, hundreds of queries from myself to Rain, 2 wrong debits off my account, to date no resolution. Calling the call center they are either experiencing technical issues or my call gets dropped. They activated 2 accounts for sending me one wrong unit. I would strongly advise thinking twice before using this company.
