extremly tired of this bad sercive

Good day Hellopeter Rain debit our account earlier then usual without notifying us then send us a link to pay which we did on the 23 December ever since say i never paid send them proof of payment and still our Wi-Fi haven't been reconnected so this month we paid for Wi-Fi we didn't have a chance to use the service we paid properly as they put it on for few hours and the off and still requesting us to pay again I am really tired now every time i hear we will call you back which never happens we already on the 8 January 2024 still noting
