Extremely Unsatisfactory Experience Avoid at All Costs!

I'm writing this review on a rainy day, which seems fitting given the storm of frustration we have experienced with Rain these past few months. Despite paying in full, we have not had a single day of uninterrupted internet connection in Midrand.

Every time we've reached out for assistance, the response has been the same: "Our towers are down." It's disappointing that a company can collect payment for a service they're incapable of delivering. Their infrastructure is unreliable and they are total *******.

Needless to say, we're extremely dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend rain to anyone. The constant disruptions have caused inconvenience and disruption to our daily lives. It's unacceptable that a company can fail to deliver on their promises with such consistency.

Unless they seriously repair their infrastructure and improve their service, I'd advise others to STAY AWAY. One star is even too generous for the level of service we've received.
