Extremely unreadable and poor support

I have not used RAIN mobile even a month and decided today to cancel my SIM with them. The reason why I have canceled my SIM is that I am at the Menlyn area with full 4G but hardly has reception. RAIN is constant off whereas my TELKOM data is on and working 100. If you want to operate like this, good luck as you will lose more subscribers and the 5G that is currently your selling point will not survive. When you phone *** there is no answer so thank you for taking my money for one month but this will not happen again.
