EXTREMELY SLOW SPEEDS, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Very disappointing service received with with Rain lately, speeds are so poor you cannot even open web pages. this is affecting my business and when i do log a request thy give me stories that i'm connected to the wrong tower...now how am i supposed to fix that????????I've recommended Rain to so many people and now i fear they will have the same issues i'm having
