Extremely Slow (KB NOT EVEN 1MB) Even Though It’s New

Sim arrived in lightning fast time, but it’s so slow and painful. Can’t do anything with it and I don’t even get 1mb/s even from the start. I get KB!!! Pathetic! It’s not like I went crazy with downloads that I was throttled. It just DOES NOT WORK!
