Extremely slow in refund and collection of 5g router
They are too happy to take your money, but not so much in assisting to get to the end result. A month and a half ago I informed rain to collect the 5g router, because it does not pick up the 5g in my home. Today is the 18th of August and this has STILL not been collected, which in turn makes this a month and a half that I have been waiting for the refund. VERY POOOOR SERVICE!!!

19 Aug 2021, 12:37after all of this I have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 working days for my refund even though delay of collection of the 5g router is NOT my fault! wherever I go I will tell everyone of the BAD service at rain!!
