Extremely poor signal and service!!!!

I signed up for R699 contract, where I was promised speeds of up to 50mbps. For the last 5 months the signal has been extremely poor and extremely frustrating when you try to contact Rain via the app. This is unacceptable and will be canceling with them The support is also poor, seems like they want to just on-board customers and tie them down. Please be careful when dealing with them, check, test signal properly before considering. I am never going to consider Rain in future and cannot recommend to anyone.
