Extremely poor services from Rain South Africa

Rain is the worst telecommunications company. The services are extremely poor. I paid for services that l never used. Their network is poor despite their website showing that there is network coverage where l stay. Furthermore, l have been trying to get a refund for money they took after l had canceled and returned their useless router. Up until now, l haven't been refunded despite all my calls and emails
