Extremely Poor Service & Unreliable Internet

I have been a Rain client for over three years, using their 5G WiFi router, and I can confidently say this has been one of the most frustrating service providers I’ve ever dealt with.

My internet worked well only for the first three months. Ever since then, it has been a constant battle. The connection hardly works, yet at month-end Rain still expects the full premium without fail.

I have contacted Rain countless times through WhatsApp, and every time they promise that the issue will be fixed — but nothing ever changes. It’s either: • “The primary connection is down,” • Or I’m told I’m “connected to the secondary tower,” which always has problems, • Or they tell me the primary tower will be restored soon — which never happens.

The same excuses, the same promises, but no real solution.

For more than three years, I’ve been paying for a service that simply does not work. I am now taking this to HelloPeter because people deserve to know what they’re signing up for before entering a contract with Rain. The level of inconsistency, empty promises, and poor network quality is unacceptable.

I am beyond frustrated, and I hope this review helps someone else avoid the struggle I’ve had to deal with.
