EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM RAIN.CO.ZA

I bought a Rain simcard on the 4th of May 2022. According the Rain.co.za website, the area I live in does have a Rain signal tower about 1km away and that I would have network cover. After the Rica process was completed the simcard still did not work. After trying to contact Rain multiple times and not receiving any assistance from them, I cancelled the simcard on the 5th of May (24hours later).

According to Rain, if you cancel within 7days, they will refund you the full amount paid. This is now more than 2 weeks later, a lot of emails sent to them (no replies) and I even called them to which they said the simcard is cancelled and I will be refunded within 2 working days and yet I have not been refunded or contacted by Rain to even try to assist me with my problem.

Rain Internet Service is BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY BUSINESS AND I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN INTERNET PROVIDER.
