Extremely poor service

I have logged 37 complaints as my router is conflicting between 2.4 and 5G.

After 5pm I have no internet everyday until the next morning.

Nothing has been done by Rain to rectify the problem.

I have made a full payment for my internet but have received no internet connection in return.

The Oppo router is not working properly. When I receive a call back from Rain they tell me it was escalated and someone will phone me back.

I already have 15 reference numbers.

NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

PAYMENT FOR NO SERVICE!!
