Extremely poor service

Extremely Poor Service from RainGo

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from RainGo over the past two months.

The network has been consistently unreliable, with ongoing connectivity problems that have made the service extremely difficult to use. Despite paying my monthly subscription every month, I am effectively paying for a service that I cannot reliably use.

What is particularly frustrating is that this has been going on for almost two months. A network service should provide stable and dependable connectivity, especially when customers are paying for an uncapped/unlimited package.

I understand that technical problems can happen, but the duration of this issue and the lack of a satisfactory resolution are unacceptable. Customers should not be expected to continue paying full price while receiving an unreliable service.

RainGo needs to take responsibility for these ongoing network issues, properly investigate the root cause, and provide customers with a permanent solution rather than temporary fixes.

At this point, I cannot recommend RainGo to anyone looking for reliable internet service. Two months of paying for a service that doesn’t work properly is simply unacceptable.
